Ik werk intuïtief en stem steeds af op wat jij op dat moment nodig hebt.
Daarbij gebruik ik een combinatie van:

Human Design – je energetische blauwdruk en unieke manier van functioneren begrijpen
Gene Keys – de diepte van je thema’s doorgronden (schaduw → gift → siddhi)
Numerologie (Dan Millman) – je levenspad, thema’s en cycli in kaart brengen
Traumawerk – lichaams- en ervaringsgericht, om opgeslagen spanning en pijn te bevrijden
Hypnose & trance healing – toegang tot diepere lagen van bewustzijn en heling
Meditatie & frequentiewerk – verbinding maken met stilte, resonantie en hogere frequenties
Internal Family Systems (IFS) – werken met innerlijke delen die vastzitten of bescherming dragen
Familieopstellingen & systemisch werk – je familiesysteem in kaart brengen en ordenen
Energetische healing & spirituele channeling – afgestemd werken met het veld, gidsen, spirit guides

Soms komt daar ook lichaamsbewustzijn, ademwerk, quantum healing of ritueel werk bij, afhankelijk van wat zich aandient.

🔹 Traject 2 – Heling & Integratie (6–8 sessies)

Na de helderheid van traject 1 volgt de verdieping.

We gaan gericht aan de slag met:
Loslaten van oude patronen en systemische verstrikkingen
Heling van trauma en kwetsbare innerlijke delen (IFS, hypnose, trance)
Versterken van je emotionele veerkracht en zenuwstelsel­regulatie
Belichaming van je zielsmissie en levensthema
Integratie in je dagelijks leven: relaties, werk, keuzes, energie
