Rachel Kehoe

I work with adults, couples, families and children , serving the international and expat community in Belgium. I offer therapy in English , both in-person and online . While I often help people navigate adjustment-related challenges, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues , and trauma , I'm always open to discussing any specific concerns you may have.

At the core of my practice is the belief in the power of interpersonal relationships. I help clients explore how communication fosters emotional well-being and stronger connections . Therapy provides a safe space to reflect, find clarity, and feel supported in your journey toward self-discovery and healing.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to you. I use a person-centered approach that integrates emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interactional therapy, somatic bodywork and elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to suit your specific needs and strengths.

Having lived abroad, I understand the emotional challenges that come with transitions and feelings of disconnection. My aim is to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered as we work together toward balance and healing .
